- A recommendation letter from an associate, who is a member of the GJEPC or has a registered firm with a Sales Tax number from the Gem & Jewellery industry

- Student entry is restricted to specific timings. Students are allowed entry to the
exhibition ONLY from 1 pm onwards on all days
- Students are allowed only if they register on or before 7 July 2008. No Spot registration
for students
- Recommendation letter from the Institute
- Current year STUDENT Photo ID Card.(Only institutes from the Gem & Jewellery Industry
will be allowed for the above)
- 2 Recent color passport size photographs

Please Note:
- Only cheque/drafts payments will be accepted through courier. No guarantee of the cash will be undertaken by Council, if it is sent through courier.
- Cash will be accepted only with application which is submitted personally.
- Visitor badges will be couriered only 1 month before the show.
- GJEPC reserves the right of acceptance of form from any applicant interested in visiting IIJS 2008
- GJEPC reserves the right to admit any pre-registered visitor as per its discretion, even if the visitors badges have been issued and paid for.
- GJEPC reserves the right to temporarily/permanently suspend the entry into the exhibition for any security reason the organizers may feel necessary.
- On fulfillment of the above requirements the Council will send the visitor badges by courier/ registered mail if the application has reached on or before 7 July 2008.
- Entry is not allowed for children below 18 years.
- Photography inside the exhibition is strictly prohibited Council’s officials reserve the right to confiscate the camera.
